I’ve been learning the language since September 2010.
Has it been an easy language to learn?
I came to Denmark as an adult, so to be honest I found it quite difficult.
How different is it from your own language?
It’s very different because a Danish word can have 2-3 different meanings, which can confuse things.
Have you started speaking Danish in your everyday life here?
Yes, because of my job I have to speak Danish every day, which is a great way of learning.
What advice would you give to others about to start learning Danish?
I recommend that they start lessons straight away and continue to both speak and write Danish every day.
